Jason Coolen

Physiotherapist

Jason is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Degree in Physical Therapy and a Biology degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. I have an interest in community service and serve as a team physiotherapist for the New Westminster Salmonbellies Sr. Men’s Lacrosse team.

My main areas of interest are spine & pelvic alignment, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, vestibular rehabilitation, and post-concussion treatment. My areas of practice include acupuncture, joint mobilization, fascial release, osteopathic manual therapy, cranial therapy, and visceral mobilization.

I am very active with my professional association as a past President of the Physiotherapy Association of BC and a current board director of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

I spend most of my free time with my family, playing the guitar, coaching baseball and softball (it’s like herding cats!) and sneaking in a little bit of exercise when I can. I look forward to meeting any and all new clients of any age.
